Senator Mark Leno, the first elected gay man to serve in the State Senate of California, will be the guest speaker. He is the former Vice Mayor of San Francisco and was the primary fundraiser for the LGBT exhibition at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.

This day of remembrance is also the final opportunity to see the Skirball's FotoFocus exhibition, 12 Nazi Concentration Camps: Photographs by James Friedman. The exhibition and related programs are presented in partnership with The Center for Holocaust and Humanity Education.
