Libby Weiss served as Head of International Social Media in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Spokesperson’s Unit to leading American press, including CNN, Fox News, The New York Times, The Associated Press, and more. Captain Weiss has been interviewed hundreds of times, even under fire during Operation Protective Edge in 2014, and in the Philippines and Nepal as a part of the IDF’s humanitarian missions to those countries.
