Join us for an inspiring Lunch and Learn with Rabbi Robert Barr from Congregation Beth Adam. Rabbi Barr will discuss  his experiences with his brother Eric Barr, an actor, writer, and director who suffered a series of  debilitating strokes in 2013 robbing him of speech, movement and his future plans. We’ll watch a brief documentary, A Piece of My Mind, which documents Eric’s journey to creating his candid and inspirational one-man show of the same name in which he honestly discusses his stroke, the subsequent rehabilitation, and permanent after effects. Following the documentary,  Rabbi Barr will discuss his enlightening personal perspective on his brother’s road to recovery and reinvention.
