In partnership with The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, join the Jewish Fertility Foundation for Rosh Chodesh Rejuvenation (RCR), a program centered around wellness of mind, body, and soul. As Rosh Chodesh (the beginning of the month in the Jewish calendar) represents renewal, RCR will be an opportunity for participants to relax and rejuvenate.

At RCR, enjoy a kosher lunch from Café Alma while receiving wellness services, participating in wellness workshops, and schmoozing with other guests. Participants will make appointments for wellness stations of choice upon arrival and can attend at least one workshop (yoga, reiki, meditation, and art therapy) and one wellness station (massages, eyebrow waxing, acupuncture, stretching, nutrition consultations, and aura readings).

All women are welcome. From those who are currently experiencing infertility to those who have not experienced infertility but support JFF’s mission, we’d love to see you at Rosh Chodesh Rejuvenation!
