Wise Temple celebrates the near-end of its Wise Journey anniversary celebrations honoring 175 years as a congregation and 150 years of Plum Street Temple with a joyous Torah dedication and a street fair full of food, fun, and music for all ages – with one very special twist.
Sofer Neil Yerman – who has helped over 1,500 Wise Temple members scribe a letter in one of two Torah scrolls – will be on hand as we fill in the final letters of the Wise Center scroll, which we will then officially dedicate. Bring the whole family to this unique and fun-filled afternoon featuring:
-- Food trucks – from ice cream and shaved ice to funnel cakes and hot pretzels, we’ve got fair food covered!
-- Inflatables and other games
-- Music and giveaways
-- Stilt walkers and balloon makers
All included with the purchase of a $5 wrist band ($20 max for families). An RSVP is requested at wisetemple.org/countmein.
