At Miami University, Elisa teaches about the impact of systemic oppression, including racism, on college students. Elisa will facilitate a conversation based on the book White Fragility by Robin DiAngelo. Rather than a lecture or presentation, this will be an interactive conversation where the group will read and discuss the book as well as think about how to put it into action in our personal and professional lives. All levels of familiarity and comfort with this topic are welcome. Our goal is to learn together through respectful dialogue.
