The J’s award-winning Senior Center offers wellness and learning opportunities, technology and arts classes, day trips, daily kosher lunches, and helpful services. Support groups and activities for new Americans are also available. Fitness classes are designed specifically for older adults and taught by certified instructors. The Jewish Federation of Cincinnati supports services that allow enable adults to fully participate in life at the J, including transportation to all of these activities.
