This continually evolving document names our collective goals for Cincinnati 2020 and gives our community a way to measure our success.
SUCCESS METRICS
We are working with each of our agencies to set metrics. When more specific goals are set, we will update the below.
INCREASE
SELF-SUFFICIENCY
90% of clients with financial hardships will demonstrate increased self-sufficiency
AGE
GRACEFULLY
90% of Jewish clients over 65 will have the support needed to live independently and will report a high quality of life
SECURE
JOBS
95% of employable Jewish clients seeking employment will secure jobs
SHARE OUR
HERITAGE
90% of Jewish children will attend a congregational school, day school, or a Jewish camp
PARTICIPATE
ACTIVELY
75% of community members will report at least quarterly participation in a congregation, Jewish organization or agency
ESTABLISH
ROOTS
40% of Jewish young adults under 40 will report feeling connected to the community
SUPPORT
ISRAEL
75% of Jewish households will report that they feel connected to Israel
INCREASE
IMPACT
100% of congregations and agencies will create and implement strategic plans
DEVELOP
LEADERS
100% of congregations and agencies will have board succession plans and will participate in the community leadership development opportunities
PROMOTE
TRANSPARENCY
100% of congregations and agencies will have current business plans, active finance committees, usable budgets, and clean audits
