Part of the Everything You're Expected to Know (But Dont't) series.

As many of us may have experienced, teen years can come with highs and lows, but being part of a supportive community can help you navigate those challenges.  We will explore different types of coping styles, how to manage and talk about stress, and share resources that are available to you.  We are bringing in experts in yoga, meditation and mindfulness, art therapy and expression, and coping skills.  This event will take place after Shabbat on Saturday, March 30.  You will sleep at Hillel, and in the morning will go on a campus tour of the univerity! Afterwares, we will beng "Adulting". Doing laundry, managing money, cooking and writing a resume are all parts of adulting.  We will explore personal strengths & learn some of the esstial life skills needed to become more independent, in a unique and fun way!

In the morning, Madrichim may leave for their temple or synagogue, and everyone else will go on a tour of the Unversity of Cincinnati campus! After, we will bus over to THE WEB for a city-wide event planned by a committee of Jewish teens and Adi and Asad, our Chaverim.  The After Party is funded by a Venture Award.  This event is an effort to bring together teens from all denominations and schools, and support teens to participate in a community-wide event bringing Israel "Alive" in a fun and educational way.
