Dr. Kristi Nelson, University of Cincinnati Professor Emeritus of Art History, and specialist in Dutch and Flemish art, will present an illustrated talk on Rembrandt’s place in the Dutch Golden Age; his prolific career as a painter and printmaker; and the unique milieu of Amsterdam in the seventeenth century. A light lunch will be served and the exhibition will be open for viewing before and after the program.
