LEAD (Lead, Educate, Act, Develop) is a leadership experience built for Jewish professionals. Over eight months, you’ll go behind the scenes of our community, meet the leaders who keep it running, and connect with a small group of peers asking the same big questions you are.

The details:
• Eight sessions, October 2026 through May 2027, plus a welcome dinner
• A small cohort, capped at around 20 participants
• Open to Jewish professionals across Greater Cincinnati
