A Yom Kippur reflection: City has changed

A recent column by Katie Vogel, “A new year starts with a look inside” (Sept. 15) explored the importance of the 10 days of reflection between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, which mark the start and end of the Jewish New Year. The author stated that certain issues, “can only be addressed by brutally honest self-assessment, humility and acts of loving-kindness.” I agree. Read more
