JCRC Presents Award-Winning Film “Hate Crimes in the Heartland” at the JCC

The award winning film, “Hate Crimes in the Heartland” will be presented on March 24, 2015, together with a panel including Jeffrey Blackwell, Cincinnati Police Chief; Rabbi Gary Zola, Executive Director of The Jacob Rader Marcus Center of the American Jewish Archives (AJA) and Professor of the American Jewish Experience at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion; Shakila Ahmad, President of the Islamic Center of Greater Cincinnati; Dan Hurley, Local 12 WKRC-TV Newsmakers Producer and Host; and Rachel Lyon, Producer, Director and Film Writer. This film presentation by the JCC and the Jewish Community Relations Council will be held 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Mayerson JCC.
