The Holocaust Speaker Series, held each Wednesday at 11:00 am, features Holocaust survivors and descendants of survivors sharing stories of life before, during, and after the Holocaust. Join us on Wednesday, August 17 at 11:00 am via Zoom with Shirley Mills, a guest speaker from the Charleston Holocaust Speakers Bureau.

Shirley Mills is the daughter of two Holocaust survivors. Born in a refugee camp in Italy, raised in Israel. Shirley came to the States as a young teen. Her parents’ story is of pain, hope, and amazing courage and resilience. In their memory, she wants to share their story because humanity has not learned from the past.
