We are working with each of our agencies to set metrics.  Agencies and congregations are currently collecting data to set a baseline. When more specific goals are set, we will update the below.

 

Strong Governance – 100% of congregations and agencies will create and implement strategic plans and board succession plans. 
 
Lay & Professional Talent – 100% of congregations and agencies will have talented lay leaders and staff, supported by targeted leadership development plans and opportunities. 

Management Excellence – 100% of congregations and agencies will have current business plans, active finance committees, usable budgets, and clean audits.

CREATE YOUR JEWISH LEGACY

Create Your Jewish Legacy (CYJL) is our community-wide initiative to increase the endowments of agencies and congregations throughout the Cincinnati Jewish community. We raise awareness about the importance of bequests and other planned gifts and educate community members about the ease with which they can create a legacy gift plan. (Launched)
